Farer was founded in 2015 with the aim of combining British design with Swiss watchmaking. In a relatively short period, the brand has established a distinctive identity in the crowded independent-watch sector, building a reputation for imaginative use of colour, strong typography and thoughtful dial design. While many brands lean heavily on vintage recreation, Farer tends to take familiar watch formats and reinterpret them through a more contemporary lens.
That emphasis on design is supported by genuinely strong specifications. Across its collections, Farer has consistently paired well-executed cases and dials with quality Swiss movements, creating watches that offer both character and substance. The result is a catalogue that feels cohesive and recognisably Farer, whether the watch in question is a GMT, chronograph or dive watch.
The Aqua Compressor Endeavour is Farer's interpretation of the compressor-style dive watch. Housed in a 41.5mm black DLC-coated titanium case, it combines a lightweight construction with 300 metres of water resistance and an internal rotating dive bezel operated via a second screw-down crown. Unlike many Farer models, the Endeavour adopts a deliberately restrained aesthetic, with a matte black dial, white Super-LumiNova markers and minimal colour accents.
Power comes from a no-date Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, visible through the display caseback. The distinctive barrel-shaped case, twin-crown layout and stealthy monochrome execution give the Endeavour a character all of its own, blending modern materials and engineering with the spirit of classic compressor divers.
